Go to the Yahoo! Help pages. From there, go to “Messenger” help. Once there put in a question of what your problem is into the “question” box. Click go. A page of possible answers will come up. Look for one close to your problem. If nothing comes close, there is a link to e-mail customer care. I have done this. My problem was Messenger was crashing while using Launchcast radio. I asked my question like this: “Why does Yahoo! Messenger crash when I am using Launchcast radio?”. I got an answer to un-install and then re-install Windows Media Player. Which I did do. It did not fix the problem so I e-mailed customer care and we are now e-mailing back and forth trying to fix the problem. Good luck with whatever your problem is.
